  1. CUSTOM & FLASH are both open: all flash designs available can be seen via highlights labeled “flash on my Instagram.

  1. Fill out Booking Form. See F.A.Q “what do I tattoo” for a better chance to be chosen. Check if books are open for Custom. If not, please only submit for Flash pieces on my IG.

  2. If you’re selected, I’ll respond within 7 days. If not, I’ll send you a response as soon as I can.

  3. Consultations will be done via email. If we’re a good match, we’ll pick a date for you to come in and get tattooed. Once that has been determined, you will have the opportunity to send me a plethora of images/reference photos along with photos for placement for me to design from. If I have any questions, I will reach out, otherwise you will be able to review your design the day of your appointment. If you are uncomfortable with not seeing your design till the day of, please do not submit. This is the process that works best for me and it is understandable if it if you prefer something else.

  4. A tattoo drawing fee of $200 is required to secure a date. This is non-refundable and will NOT go towards the total cost of your tattoo. I have been quite lenient for sickness or illness but due to the overwhelming amount of people that have abused this exception, I will no longer be returning this fee. No exceptions. If you plan on booking, please budget $150 towards securing your date regardless of your presence on the day of.

  5. Tattoo day. Come prepared with photo ID, something to keep you occupied while being tattooed, and cash for final payment.

F.A.Q.

  • What do you tattoo?
I tattoo blackwork only scientific illustrations of flora and fauna. I have a number of working series: Bleeding Butterflies, Beetle Brooches, Flornament, Fauna Foundry, Herbal Apparatus, etc . These are combination of insects, animals and plants combined, embellished or abstracted by things they eat, habitats they live in, or specific behaviors that define them.
I do not tattoo portraits, humans, script, or anime.

  • How should I pay for my tattoo?
I prefer the deposit is paid through Venmo and cash for the rest.

  • Should I tip my tattoo artist?
Yes, it’s customary to tip 15 - 20%. Most of our hourly rate goes towards shop rent, licensing fees, materials, and other dues as independent contractors. Tipping allows clients to directly support the artist, including the time and attention they’ve devoted to creating a custom piece of art for you.

  • What if I need to Cancel/Reschedule?
Once you have booked your appointment, the booking deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel or miss your appointment, your deposit will not be returned. In order to reschedule, I will need to have availability on my calendar and another $150 deposit will be required to secure a new appointment date. If not, you will need to wait till my books are open next to resubmit. *You are exempt from this if you are canceling/rescheduling due to Co-Vid related issues.

  • When will I be able to see my design?
You will be able to review your design on the day of your appointment. The more specific you are in your emails, the easier it will be to achieve your design vision. I can make adjustments on the day of your appointment if needed and will work with you to place your design. However, if more than 50% of the illustration requires reworking, you will be charged an additional $150.

  • What is your Touch-up Policy?
I only give touch-ups for my own tattoos and all touch-ups are free for the duration of my career.
